At Creative Stars International School, we are committed to providing a world-class education to young children. If you’re interested in enrolling your child in our school, the process is easy and straightforward.

To apply for admission, you will need to submit an application form, which can be found on our website or obtained by contacting our admissions office. The application form will ask for basic information about your child, such as their name, date of birth, and contact information, as well as any relevant educational history.

Along with the application form, you will also need to submit a copy of your child’s birth certificate and any other relevant documents, such as previous school records.

Once we have received your application and all the necessary documents, we will review them and contact you to schedule an interview with your child. This will be an opportunity for us to get to know your child and for you to learn more about our school.

After the interview, we will notify you of the decision regarding your child’s admission to the school. If your child is accepted, we will provide you with information on the next steps and the enrollment process.

We encourage you to apply early as spaces are limited and we do have a waiting list. If you have any questions or need assistance with the application process, please do not hesitate to contact our admissions office. We are here to help you every step of the way.

Required Documents

  • A copy of the birth certificate with the original certificate of conformity.
  • A copy of the family card or the memorandum of souls, in addition to the name of the student / s to be registered
  • Academic certificates from the previous school for students admitted to the second grade and onward.
  • Transfer certificate (departure) from the school they are transferred from.
  • A photo from the Nour program from the previous school.
  • A copy of the vaccination certificate / card completing the previous vaccinations by the Ministry of Health.
  • 4 colored personal photos (4×6)
  • Medical record from the previous school.
  • A copy of the passport, residence and “Brent” from the Absher to the student and his guardian.
  • School certificate or equivalent certificate certified by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Saudi embassy, or the Saudi cultural attach in the country of the student coming from outside the Kingdom.
  • Financial clearance letter from the previous school.
  • Acceptance of Visa visit students will be issued regarding the ministry rules and regulations.

The Application Process


Start Online Submission

Click on “Apply Now!” and you will be redirected to the application form. You will be asked to fill out the form with your basic information.


Submit The Form

Enter your student’s information in the form, by accepting the policy, click on the register Button. It will take you to the next page for reviewing the form, then click finish. Your application is been successfully submitted.


Temporary admission number

 Guardian ID will be Temporary Admission number.


Admission Test

An advance payment of the tuition fee of 2000 riyals is paid to implement the admission test and these fees are not refundable to those who passed the admission test. And recover in the event of failure to pass the test. The student must pass acceptance and personal interview tests.


Acceptance letter

You are notified of the test result within 48 hours of carrying out the test and the result is not given in time.

If the student accepts, the guardian will be provided with the acceptance letter and list of required papers.


Papers and Documents

 The guardian is obliged to deliver all papers and documents required to the registration department within the specified period.


Signing of Registration contract

The signing of the registration contract and the attached file by the guardian, and the student does not enter the class before completing the signing of the contract.



Paying the tuition fees for the first semester before the start of the study.


Registration Complete

Go to the Accountant with the Guardian ID Or Parents ID , Accounting Department will complete the Registration by the admitting the student details.
