Required Documents:

  • A copy of the birth certificate with the original certificate of conformity.
  • A copy of the family card or the memorandum of souls, in addition to the name of the student / s to be registered
  • Academic certificates from the previous school for students admitted to the second grade and onward.
  • Transfer certificate (departure) from the school they are transferred from.
  • A photo from the Nour program from the previous school.
  • A copy of the vaccination certificate / card completing the previous vaccinations by the Ministry of Health.
  • 4 colored personal photos (4x6)
  • Medical record from the previous school.
  • A copy of the passport, residence and “Brent” from the Absher to the student and his guardian.
  • School certificate or equivalent certificate certified by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Saudi embassy, or the Saudi cultural attach in the country of the student coming from outside the Kingdom.
  • Financial clearance letter from the previous school.
  • Acceptance of Visa visit students will be issued regarding the ministry rules and regulations.

Registration instructions:

  • All new students must meet the requirements of the Ministry of Education in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • The parent and student are bound by beliefs, principles, policies, instructions, and procedures for Creative Stars International Schools.
  • Students are accepted on the principle of seat availability. In the event that it is not available in time, the student's information will be entered in the queue to be recorded later. The priority is for registrants first.
  • All students undergo admission tests and a personal interview, and students who pass these criteria are registered, which is a prerequisite for registration. These are school documents that cannot be published.
  • The school has the right not to accept any student without expressing or disclosing the reasons.
  • Parents do not have the right to determine the department or the teacher, and the administration is responsible for subdivision of students according to the specified criteria.
  • The student’s guardian / registrant must, for the first time, submit all the documents required for the student’s enrollment, to be duly certified, within a maximum period of one week from the registration process. Otherwise, student registration will be canceled.
  • Student registration is only confirmed after providing us with a financial clearance letter from the previous school in case some documents cannot be delivered.
  • The student is not included in the list or enrollment in the school before receiving all the registration documents and requirements and collecting the due fees.
  • School certificate or equivalent certificate certified by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Saudi embassy, or the Saudi cultural attach in the country of the student coming from outside the Kingdom.
  • Acceptance of Visit Visa Students will be issued regarding the ministry rules ad regulations.
  • The registration contract is for one academic year only, and registering students again is not considered automatic for the following year unless after signing the registration contract annually and receiving the financial receipt. The school has the right not to renew it at the end of the school year.
  • The school has the right to apologize for the continued registration of a student in the kindergarten or first grades within two months of the start of school, if any problems arise that prevent integration with students or that they pose a threat to their safety.
  • The guardian is obliged to transfer his son / daughter at the end of the first semester if the student poses a danger to himself or to the safety of students or employees.
